Service Crew (Islandwide)

Job Description

  • To provide food and beverage service to guest in line with the established service rules and procedures
  • Usher guests, takes orders and attends to customers in case of requests
  • Responsible for table arrangement and cleanliness in the restaurant
  • Clear food, plates, utensils and reset table
  • Ensure that cutleries and tables are set correctly and nicely before the shift commences
  • Present bills to customers, collects the payment (cash, cheque, credit card) and submits to cashier and returns change/credit card to customers
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Company

Job Requirements

  • GCE O Level
  • 1-year working experience in F&B industry
  • Able to work on split shifts, weekends, and public holidays
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with customers
  • PC literate, well-organized, and self-motivated
  • Pleasant, cheerful, and hardworking
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
